The landscape is breathtaking: a distillation of raw Breton flavors
The house sits on a 4500m2 plot. Its north-facing garden, subject to coastal law, remains unspoiled and wild to preserve nature and its biodiversity. It is planted with a multitude of hydrangeas and native flowers. Slightly sloping, it leads directly to the sea. At the bottom of the property, a small gate gives you direct access to the coastal path (the GR34), and in a few steps you will find yourself on the beautiful Porz Doun beach: white sand, azure water, sunset views, and protected from the northeast wind. This beach is mostly deserted because it is only accessible via the coastal path.
Plouguerneau

We are located in Porz Doun, in a very quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead-end road. A beautiful 200m² terrace surrounds the house.
From the north terrace, you can see - on the left - the Korejou port with its nautical center. This place is pleasantly animated by the dance of sailboats , foils, kitesurfers and windsurfers and the coming and going of small fishing boats .
And to the right, beyond large green and flowery expanses, there is the beach of Porz Doun which changes appearance with the tides and further away the open Breton sea, with its rocks, sea spray and sometimes storms.
The south-facing terrace and its garden offer a green haven of peace with its palm trees. Most of the time, it and its garden are sheltered from the wind. A small storage room offers storage space for your bikes and other sports-related belongings.
